Turck BIM-PST-Y1XKLP-80 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK BIM-PST-Y1XKLP-80 intrinsically safe magnetic cylinder sensor provides non-contact piston position sensing in hazardous environments, suitable for chemical processing equipment, oil and gas facilities, and pharmaceutical machinery where reliable feedback from pneumatic cylinders is required. It offers NAMUR output (Normally Open) with a nominal 8.2 VDC operating voltage and 5 mA current draw, uses an integral cable, and ships with the KLP-80 mounting bracket for round cylinders 25–80 mm in diameter. The rugged reinforced industrial thermoplastic housing carries IP67 protection and enables magnet field detection through non-ferrous cylinder walls for wear-free sensing; it is intrinsically safe for hazardous location applications and complies with CE, ATEX, and NAMUR standards.
