Description:
The TURCK BL20-E-GW-EC EtherCAT gateway is the communication interface between the BL20 modular I/O platform and higher‑level EtherCAT control systems, enabling deterministic, real‑time communication for distributed I/O across packaging machinery, conveyors, robotics, and other manufacturing lines. It supports 10/100 Mbps EtherCAT with two RJ45 ports (auto MDIX), 24 VDC supply, DIN‑rail mounting, IP20 protection, and LEDs for supply voltage, group fault, and bus fault. As part of the BL20 I/O System, this gateway provides modular expansion, remote I/O replacement, and automation retrofits, with included accessories—2 × BL20-WEW35/2-SW end brackets and 1 × BL20-ABPL end plate—and approvals: CE and cULus.
