Turck BL20-PF-24VDC-D Power Feeding Module Diagnostics

The TURCK BL20-PF-24VDC-D power feeding module distributes 24 VDC field power to BL20 I/O modules positioned to the right of the power feed module and provides diagnostic monitoring of the field supply. With 24 VDC nominal operation and an operating range of 18–30 VDC, it can supply up to 10 A of field current while drawing ≤28 mA from the module bus. This DIN-rail mounted unit supports screw and tension spring BL20 base modules and is compatible with base modules such as BL20-P3S-SBB, BL20-P3T-SBB, BL20-P4S-SBBC, and BL20-P4T-SBBC. It enables field power distribution and formation of separate potential groups within BL20 I/O stations, and its 4 diagnostic bits plus LEDs for system status, field supply, and diagnostic status aid troubleshooting. Protection rating is IP20, with an operating temperature range of 0°C to +55°C (storage -25°C to +85°C) and 15–95% non-condensing humidity; dimensions are 12.6 × 74.1 × 55.4 mm. Approvals include CE, cULus, Zone 2 and Class I Division 2.
