Turck BL67-GW-CO CANopen Gateway Interface Module

The TURCK BL67-GW-CO CANopen gateway interface module acts as the CANopen gateway between TURCK's BL67 distributed I/O platform and higher‑level CANopen control systems, enabling scalable I/O expansion and network upgrades across packaging machinery, conveyors, assembly lines, and material‑handling equipment. It supports CANopen at 10 kbps to 1 Mbps and provides an address range of 1 to 99 configured by three rotary switches, with 2 × M12 5-pin fieldbus connectors and a 24 VDC power interface (18–30 VDC) capable of up to 10 A field current and up to 1.5 A total system current; module bus current is ≤600 mA and a RS232 service interface (PS/2 socket) is included for diagnostics. The gateway is IP67 protected, operates from −40°C to +70°C (−25°C to +85°C storage), measures 145 × 74 × 77.5 mm and weighs about 373 g, and supports up to 32 BL67 I/O modules with integrated diagnostics and decentralized installation; it bears CE, cULus, and RoHS approvals and is commonly used as a CANopen communication interface for BL67 remote I/O systems in automotive, packaging, food and beverage, and process automation applications.
