Turck BV 8151-0 PG9 Field Wireable Plugs and Receptacles

The Turck BV 8151-0 PG9 field-wireable M12 A-coded 5-pin plug/receptacle provides secure, on-site termination for industrial sensor and actuator wiring. It accepts 6.0–8.0 mm diameter cables through a PG9 cable gland and supports conductor sizes of 0.14–1.0 mm² (26–18 AWG) with screw or clamp termination. Gold-plated brass contacts, housed in a polyamide body with a nickel-plated brass coupling nut, deliver 250 V and 4 A, and it achieves IP67 sealing when mated across a -40°C to +85°C operating range. Common applications include proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, and distributed I/O modules in packaging lines, conveyors, robotic cells, and broader factory automation systems.
