Turck FCI-D04A4P-LIX-H1141 Liquid Flow Sensor

The TURCK FCI-D04A4P-LIX-H1141 inline liquid flow sensor delivers precise micro-flow measurement for low-flow liquids in industrial automation. It uses Calorimetric (thermal dispersion) sensing with a flow range of 0.01 to 1 L/min and provides a 4–20 mA analog output powered by 21.6–26.4 VDC. The sensor features a G 1/4” process connection, stainless steel sensing element (1.4571 / 316Ti) inside a PBT housing, IP67 protection, and an M12 × 1 electrical connector. Operating temperature is 0 to +80°C, with ambient 0 to +60°C, and it offers fast dynamic response via a potentiometer adjustment with LED status indication. Typical installations include dosing systems, chemical injection units, cooling circuits, laboratory automation, and other process-control environments requiring accurate flow detection in the 0.01–1 L/min range.
