Turck FDN20-4S-4XSG-E DeviceNet Interlink BT I Module

The Turck FDN20-4S-4XSG-E DeviceNet Interlink BT I Module is a compact distributed I/O station that provides four digital inputs and four universal DI/DO channels for DeviceNet networks, enabling field devices to be connected close to machines. It uses 24 VDC PNP inputs and 24 VDC PNP transistor outputs up to 0.5 A per channel, powered by DeviceNet with an 11–26 VDC supply and selectable fieldbus speeds of 125, 250, or 500 kbps. Addressing is via rotary switch (0–63), and wiring options include a 5-pin DeviceNet screw terminal and an M12 fieldbus connection, with channel group isolation for safety. The unit is IP20 protected, housed in nylon/industrial polymer, and can be mounted on DIN rails or panel mounts, operating from -40°C to +70°C. LED diagnostics provide network and channel status to assist maintenance and troubleshooting, making it suitable for automotive assembly lines, packaging machinery, conveyor systems, material handling, and other factory automation tasks requiring local I/O expansion and reduced cabinet wiring.
