The TURCK FDNL-S0808I-MM DeviceNet Advanced Multiport I/O Module is a compact distributed I/O node for Device-Net networks, placing eight digital inputs and eight digital outputs right at the machine or process to drive local sensors and actuators with real-time PLC communication. It operates from 18–30 VDC (Device-Net powered) and delivers 24 VDC digital I/O with up to 2 A per channel (9 A total module load), supporting Device-Net at 125/250/500 kbps for flexible network speeds. Configuration uses rotary switch addressing (0–63) and industrial field connectors with a Device-Net trunk connection, while channel and bus isolation (module dependent) and IP67-rated protection outfit a PA6-GF30 glass-fiber reinforced housing for harsh industrial environments.
