Turck FDNL-S1600-T DeviceNet Bus Stop Station
Turck FDNL-S1600-T DeviceNet Bus Stop Station
Description:
The TURCK FDNL-S1600-T DeviceNet Bus Stop Station is a 16-channel distributed digital input node for Device-Net fieldbus networks, designed to collect sensor signals close to the machine or process and feed them into the control system. Powered from the Device-Net bus, it accepts 11–26 VDC input power and supports 3-wire PNP sensors or dry-contact inputs; the 16 digital inputs are organized as 2 inputs per 5-pin Device-Net trunk connector. Operating at 125, 250, or 500 kbps with auto-baud detection, it provides galvanic isolation between fieldbus and I/O, IP67 protection, and a glass-fiber reinforced PA6-GF30 housing suitable for machine mounting. The unit operates in -25°C to +70°C and mounts via 4-hole panel/machine installation; common applications include automotive assembly lines, packaging equipment, conveyor systems, and other industrial automation cells needing decentralized input aggregation and real-time Device-Net communication. Common replacements include TURCK FDNL-S1600-E and FDNL-S0808I-MM, and the Allen-Bradley 1794 FLEX I/O Device-Net Input System.
