The TURCK FDNQ-CSG44-T DeviceNet IO Module is a compact distributed I/O station for Device-Net networks, designed to mount near the machine for local sensor and actuator management in industrial automation. It provides 4 digital inputs (PNP) and 4 digital outputs at 24 VDC (0.5 A per channel), powered from 11–26 VDC, with Device-Net data rates of 125/250/500 kbps. The module features galvanic isolation between fieldbus and I/O, IP67 protection, a glass-fiber reinforced PA6-GF30 housing, operating temperature -40°C to +70°C, and panel or machine mounting for rugged industrial environments. Connectivity includes 2 × 7/8” fieldbus connectors plus an M12 I/O connector, with channel diagnostics and LED status indicators to aid maintenance and troubleshooting; typical applications include automotive assembly lines, packaging machinery, material handling systems, conveyor automation, and other industrial production cells requiring localized sensor/actuator control over Device-Net.
