Turck FEN20-4DIP-4DXP Ethernet IO Station Module

The TURCK FEN20-4DIP-4DXP is a compact IP20 multiprotocol Ethernet I/O station designed for decentralized signal acquisition inside control cabinets in industrial automation. It provides 4 digital inputs plus 4 configurable DI/DO channels, with 24 VDC PNP inputs and PNP transistor outputs up to 1 A per channel, all powered from 24 VDC. The module uses two RJ45 Ethernet ports with an integrated switch and supports Ether-Net/IP, PROFINET, and Modbus TCP, featuring multiprotocol auto-detection and integrated diagnostics via a web server and network status LEDs. Built in a glass-fiber reinforced polyamide housing for DIN-rail mounting, it offers IP20 protection, 500 V I/O to Ethernet isolation, a typical power dissipation of ~2.4 W, and an operating range from -40 °C to +70 °C, making it suitable for packaging machines, conveyors, automotive production, and material handling systems requiring local digital I/O control.
