Turck IM1-22EX-R Isolation Switching Amplifier

The TURCK IM1-22EX-R Isolation Switching Amplifier provides galvanic isolation and intrinsically safe signal conditioning for NAMUR sensors and dry contact inputs in hazardous-area processes. This 2-channel device features two relay outputs (NO), a wide supply range of 20-250 VAC or 20-125 VDC, selectable NO/NC operation, complete galvanic isolation, and monitoring for wire-break and short-circuit conditions. Mounted on a DIN rail with removable screw terminal blocks, it offers IP20 protection and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, making it suitable for hazardous-area process automation in refineries, chemical processing facilities, tank farms, batch processing equipment, and other settings requiring safe signal transmission between hazardous and non-hazardous areas, with approvals including ATEX, IECEx, UL, CSA, FM, NEPSI, and KOSHA.
