TURCK IM1-451EX-R Isolating Switching Amplifier delivers complete galvanic isolation and intrinsically safe signal conditioning for NAMUR sensors and dry contact inputs in Zone 2 hazardous areas. The 4-channel unit provides 5 relay outputs (NO) with selectable NO/NC operation and includes a common alarm output, plus wire-break and short-circuit monitoring for fault detection. It accepts a wide-range supply of 20-250 VAC or 20-125 VDC, mounts on DIN rails with removable screw terminal blocks, and carries IP20 protection. Certified for ATEX, IECEx, UL, FM, CSA, NEPSI, INMETRO, TIIS, it is designed for hazardous area process automation where reliable signal transmission between hazardous and non-hazardous zones is required.
