Turck BI15-CP40-FZ3X2 S10 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI15-CP40-FZ3X2/S10 Inductive Proximity Sensor is a shielded inductive sensor in the CP40 Combiprox housing designed for non-contact metal object detection and machine-position sensing in industrial automation, commonly installed in conveyor systems, packaging machinery, transfer lines, and material handling equipment that require universal AC/DC operation. It operates on universal AC/DC power (20-250 VAC or 10-300 VDC) with a 15 mm sensing distance and a 2-wire output programmable NO or NC, delivering 3–400 mA switching current at up to 20 Hz and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The S10 variant features a 1/2-14 NPT threaded mounting base, a 114 × 40 × 40 mm IP67 rectangular housing made from PBT-GF30-V0 reinforced plastic, adjustable active-face orientation in 9 positions for flexible mounting, flush-mount compatibility, and green power and red switching indicators for status visibility.
