Turck MK13-22Ex0-R Isolating Switching Amplifier

Turck MK13-22EX0-R 24VDC Isolating Switching Amplifier delivers two galvanically isolated switching channels for intrinsically safe signal conditioning in hazardous-area sensor and field-device networks. It accepts NAMUR sensors, dry contacts, and resistive inputs per EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR), and provides two SPDT relay outputs with selectable NO/NC operation, with galvanic isolation between inputs, outputs, and the 24 VDC supply (10–30 VDC). It includes wire-break and short-circuit monitoring, supports ATEX intrinsically safe interface, and carries a SIL 2 functional-safety rating with 2.5 kVrms test voltage isolation. This DIN-rail mounted, IP20-rated module is used in chemical plants, refineries, process control skids, batch processing, and other hazardous-area process automation where safe signal transmission between hazardous and non-hazardous zones is required.
