Turck MS 92-12-R Liquid Level Control

The Turck MS 92-12-R is a 1-channel Liquid Level Controller engineered for conductive liquids, offering a universal supply range of 20–250 VAC or DC and galvanic isolation between input, output, and supply to support reliable dry-run protection and pump control in demanding industrial environments. It uses conductive liquid electrodes and supports either 2- or 3-electrode configurations, with an adjustable liquid resistance range of 0.1–100 kΩ, and provides two changeover relay outputs rated for 250 VAC at 4 A to drive pumps, valves, or alarms. A switch-on/off delay from 0.1 to 15 seconds allows debouncing and smooth operation, while green power and yellow output LEDs give clear status at a glance; the device mounts on DIN rail or panel and uses removable terminal blocks for easy field wiring. With IP20 protection and an industrial applications footprint spanning water treatment, chemical storage, cooling water systems, storage tanks, process vessels, and other fluid-handling installations, the MS 92-12-R is designed for level monitoring, overflow protection, and automated control in process automation upgrades.
