Turck MS1-22EX0-R Multi-Safe Safety Switching Amplifier

The TURCK MS1-22EX0-R MultiSafe Safety Switching Amplifier provides two-channel intrinsically safe signal interfacing that isolates NAMUR sensors and dry contacts from safe-area control systems in hazardous environments. Powered from 24 VDC, it features two SPDT relay outputs with per-channel NO/NC selection, capable of switching up to 250 VAC or 60 VDC and up to 4 A per output, with a per-output rating of up to 1000 VA / 60 W. The input side supports NAMUR sensors, dry contacts, and potential-free contacts with EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR) compatibility; nominal input 8 VDC, 8 mA, switching threshold 1.55 mA and hysteresis 0.2 mA. The unit provides galvanic isolation between input, output, and supply, and is approved for hazardous areas (ATEX II (1) GD, I (M1), [Ex ia] IIC) with a test voltage of 2.5 kVrms. Mounting options include DIN rail or panel mounting; enclosure protection IP20; operating temperature -25°C to +60°C in industrial hazardous-area and process-control settings.
