Turck MS1-22EX0-R Switching Amplifier

The TURCK MS1-22EX0-R Switching Amplifier enables intrinsically safe signal isolation between hazardous and non-hazardous areas, designed for intrinsically safe sensing in hazardous-area environments. The two-channel device is part of TURCK’s Multi Safe Series and operates from 90–132 VAC at 48–62 Hz, with EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR) input standard, 8 VDC nominal input voltage and 8 mA nominal input current, and a switching threshold of 1.55 mA. It provides two SPDT relay outputs capable of switching up to 250 VAC or 120 VDC per output, up to 2 A per output, and 500 VA / 60 W per output, with adjustable NO/NC operation, and features galvanic isolation between input, output, and supply. The unit is DIN-rail mountable, IP20 protected, and rated for -25°C to +60°C, suitable for refinery process controls, chemical processing, burner management, tank monitoring, mining, and PLC or DCS panels requiring NAMUR sensor interfacing and hazardous-area relay switching; it carries hazardous-area approval ATEX II (1) GD, [Ex ia] IIC. Common replacements include IM1-22EX-R, MK13-22EX0-R, and MS13-22EX0-T.
