Turck Ni15U-M18-AP6X-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI15U-M18-AP6X-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor provides non-contact detection of metallic targets with an equal sensing distance across steel, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, powered by UPROX Factor 1 technology. The device is built in a chrome-plated brass M18 × 1 threaded housing with a 4‑pin M12 male connector and delivers a PNP normally-open output powered from 10–30 VDC, supporting a maximum load current of 200 mA. With a nominal sensing distance of 15 mm and a switching frequency of 1 kHz, it is suitable for high-speed positioning and presence-detection tasks in automated lines. The sensor is IP68-rated for wet and dusty environments and operates from -30°C to +85°C, making it robust for harsh industrial settings; it also features magnetic-field resistance and integrated protection against pre-damping for more stable operation, and it offers extended sensing distance compared with standard inductive sensors.
