Turck Ni20-CK40-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI20-CK40-AP6X2-H1141 is a rectangular CK40 inductive sensor that delivers a 20 mm nominal sensing distance for non-contact detection of metallic objects in demanding industrial automation and machine control environments, designed for long-range metal detection and reliable position feedback. It uses UPROX Factor 1 inductive sensing, provides a PNP normally open output, operates from 10–30 VDC, handles up to 200 mA, and switches at up to 250 Hz through a 4-pin M12 connector, making it suitable for integration with standard control hardware found in process lines and conveyors. Housed in a 65 × 40 × 40 mm CK40 body made of reinforced PBT-GF30-V0, it is IP68 rated and designed for non-flush mounting with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
