Turck NI20-EM30WD-AP6X-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI20-EM30WD-AP6X-H1141 is a non-contact inductive sensor designed for harsh, hygienic industrial settings, providing metal-object detection with a 20 mm nominal sensing distance using UPROX Factor 1 technology and a PNP normally open output. Its threaded M30×1.5 housing in stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L) houses an active face of Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) and accepts a 4-pin M12 connection for a 10-30 VDC supply and up to 200 mA, with a switching frequency up to 1 kHz. Built for washdown and chemical resistance, it carries IP68/IP69K ratings and is rated for -40°C to +100°C, making it suitable for food and beverage lines, dairies, breweries, meat processing, bottling, pharmaceutical equipment, and packaging machinery where reliable metal detection and hygienic design are required.
