Turck NI25-CK40-LIU2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI25-CK40-LIU2-H1141 is a rectangular CK40 housing inductive proximity sensor with analog output that uses UPROX Factor 1 technology to provide continuous distance measurement for metal targets in industrial automation, delivering consistent results across steel, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. It delivers 0-10 VDC and 4-20 mA analog signals from a 15-30 VDC supply via a 4-wire DC configuration with a 4-pin M12 × 1 connector (H1141) and offers a measuring range of 5–25 mm with a nominal 25 mm sensing distance. The sensor is built in a PBT-GF30-V0 reinforced housing with IP67 protection, adjustable active-face orientation in five directions, and high-visibility corner LEDs for power and output status; it also includes protective features such as short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection and magnetic-field resistance, making it suitable for position monitoring, distance measurement, level sensing, and conveyors, packaging machines, and other automated production equipment in harsh environments.
