Turck Ni25U-CK40-AN6X2-H1141 Inductive Sensor

The TURCK NI25U-CK40-AN6X2-H1141 Inductive Sensor delivers non-contact metal detection with equal sensing distance across steel, aluminum, brass, and stainless targets thanks to UPROX Factor 1 technology. Housed in a 65 × 40 × 40 mm CK40 rectangular package, it provides a nominal 25 mm sensing distance, an NPN normally open output, and a 10–30 VDC supply with a maximum 200 mA load. The unit uses a 4-pin M12 connector (H1141), features IP68 protection, and is built with a PBT-GF20-V0 reinforced housing and PA12-GF30 active face. Its rotatable sensing face in multiple positions and self-compensating predamping protection, along with magnetic-field resistance, enhance reliability in harsh industrial environments. Dual status LEDs aid quick diagnostics, and the sensor is well suited for conveyor systems, packaging machinery, material handling equipment, robotic work cells, and automated production lines requiring consistent metal object detection and precise machine positioning.
