Turck NI25U-CK40-AP4X2-B1141 Inductive Sensor

The TURCK NI25U-CK40-AP4X2-B1141 is a compact CK40-style inductive sensor that detects metal targets at a nominal 25 mm using UPROX Factor 1 technology and a complementary PNP output (NO + NC). It operates from 10–65 VDC, supplies up to 200 mA, and is built in a 65 × 40 × 40 mm PBT-GF20-V0 reinforced CK40 housing with an IP68 rating for harsh industrial environments, and an operating temperature range from -30°C to +85°C. The sensor uses a 4-pin Euro-fast connector (B1141), supports non-flush mounting, and includes short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection along with magnetic-field resistance and extended sensing distance. Typical applications include conveyor systems, material handling, packaging machinery, automotive assembly lines, and other automated production setups requiring reliable metal object detection and machine positioning feedback.
