Turck Ni25U-CK40-AP4X2-H1141 Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI25U-CK40-AP4X2-H1141 is a UPROX Factor 1 inductive proximity sensor with a 25 mm nominal sensing distance and a PNP complementary output for non-contact detection of metallic objects. It comes in a rectangular CK40 housing (65 × 40 × 40 mm) with flush mounting, a four-pin M12 connector (H1141), IP68 protection, and a rotatable sensing face for flexible alignment. The device operates from 10–65 VDC, supports up to 200 mA load, and switches at about 250 Hz, making it suitable for long-range metal detection in conveyors, packaging machinery, material handling systems, and automated production lines. UPROX sensing provides equal distances for steel, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, with magnetic-field resistance and self-compensating pre-damping protection, while LED indicators show green for power and yellow for switching to aid diagnostics.
