Turck NI4-M12-VN6X-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI4-M12-VN6X-H1141 Inductive Proximity Switch Sensor provides non-contact metal target detection and machine-position sensing with a 4 mm sensing distance, suitable for conveyor systems, packaging machines, assembly equipment, and automated production lines requiring reliable metal detection and position monitoring. It uses inductive sensing with a 4-wire DC output and a complementary NPN output configuration (NO/NC) for straightforward PLC integration, powered by 10–30 VDC and up to 200 mA. The device features a threaded M12 × 1 housing in chrome-plated brass with a PA12-GF30 plastic active face, non-flush mounting, and an M12 × 1 male connector (H1141). It is rated IP67 and operates from -25°C to +70°C, with a yellow LED indicator for status. The module supports short-circuit and reverse polarity protection and delivers wear-free operation at up to 2 kHz switching frequency.
