Turck Ni4-Q11S-AZ31X Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI4-Q11S-AZ31X Inductive Sensor delivers reliable non-contact metal detection and machine position sensing for industrial automation, commonly used on conveyors, packaging machinery, assembly equipment, material handling systems, and automated production lines. It is a 2-wire AC/DC inductive proximity sensor with a normally open output, operating from 20–250 VAC or 10–300 VDC and a 4 mm sensing distance. The rugged rectangular Q11S housing is glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic with a PA12-GF30 active face and an integral cable, rated IP67 and suitable for -25°C to +70°C. It provides a 3–100 mA rated output current, 20 Hz switching frequency, red LED status indicator, and built-in short-circuit and overload protection for wear-free operation.
