Turck NI8-G12-ADZ32X Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI8-G12-ADZ32X is a rugged two-wire inductive proximity sensor designed for non-contact metal target detection in industrial automation, delivering an 8 mm rated sensing distance and an inductive sensor with increased switching distance. It accepts universal power from 20-250 VAC or 10-300 VDC and uses a 2-Wire Normally Open (NO) output, housed in a chrome-plated brass M12 x 1 threaded barrel for non-flush mounting and wired via a 1/2" male connector, with a maximum load of 100 mA and a 20 Hz switching frequency. The sensor carries IP67 protection and operates from -25°C to +70°C, and includes short-circuit, reverse polarity, and wire-break protection along with a red LED indicator to show when it is switched. Commonly installed on conveyors, packaging lines, material handling equipment, and production machinery where reliable metal-detection and position monitoring are required.
