Turck NI8U-MT12-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The TURCK NI8U-MT12-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor is a non-contact metal-target detector used in industrial automation and robotic welding cells. It uses uprox+ Factor 1 sensing to provide the same detection distance for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with an 8 mm rated operating distance, housed in a PTFE-coated brass Weld Guard body with an M12 × 1 threaded barrel and non-flush mounting. Electrical specifications include a 3-wire PNP Normally Open output (M12 4-pin), 10–30 VDC supply, 2 kHz switching frequency, and a maximum load current of 200 mA, with IP68 protection and operation from -30°C to +85°C; also features reverse polarity and short-circuit protection. Common applications include position monitoring, machine sequencing, conveyor control, and metal-target detection in robotic welding, packaging, conveyor and automated material handling systems.
