Description:

The TURCK NICP-M30-IOL2P8X-H1141 is the primary side of a contactless inductive coupler that enables power and IO-Link data transmission without any electrical contact, designed for rotating and moving machine components where conventional cabling wears or fails. It is commonly installed on rotary indexing tables, robotic end-of-arm tooling, automated tool changers, conveyor transfer stations, and other moving assemblies needing reliable, wear-free connections. Key specifications include a 24 VDC supply with up to 750 mA output (nominal 12 W transmission, 3 W standby when coupled), and a 4-wire output with 2 PNP outputs. The IO-Link communication is Version 1.1.1, supporting non-contact power transfer and data exchange alongside protections like foreign object detection, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection. The unit uses a chrome-plated brass housing (CuZn) with an M30 × 1.5 threaded barrel and an active face made from PA12-GF30 plastic, and it connects via an M12 × 1 male connector. It is intended for non-flush mounting and offers IP67/IP68 protection with a system readiness delay of 160 ms. This device suits robotic grippers, rotary tables, automated assembly equipment, pallet transfer systems, and other industrial material handling applications where slip rings or hard-wwired connectors are undesirable.
