Turck 4460-20M/C1195 Industrial Ethernet Cordset is a double-ended shielded M12 D-coded CAT5e cable assembly that delivers reliable high-speed Ethernet connectivity between PLCs, industrial switches, distributed I/O, machine vision systems, robotics cells, and automated production lines. It uses two straight M12 × 1 Male, D-coded, 4-pin connectors and a 20 m teal TPU/PUR shielded twisted-pair jacket cable (4 conductors, 22 AWG; impedance 100 Ω) with aluminum foil shield and a tinned copper braid. The assembly is rated for 125 V and 0.8 A, with IP67 protection when mated, and operating temperatures of -40 °C to +80 °C fixed or -30 °C to +80 °C flexible, plus >100 mating cycles and halogen-free, oil-resistant EMI protection. It is UL Listed and UL 2238, CE and RoHS compliant, designed for use in Industrial Ethernet networks including EtherNet/IP and PROFINET; common replacements include 4460-10M/C1195, 4460-15M/C1195, and 4460-30M/C1195.
