Turck RSCD442-45M/C1195 Cordset

The Turck RSCD442-45M/C1195 Cordset is a double-ended shielded Industrial Ethernet extension cable with two straight M12 D-coded 4-pin male connectors and a 45 m green PUR CAT5e jacket built for high-flex, shielded Ethernet connectivity in demanding automation environments. It uses 4 conductors of 22 AWG (2 twisted pairs) with 100 Ω impedance and a rating of 30 V DC / 250 VAC, 4 A, tested at 2000 V, enabling reliable communication between PLCs and industrial switches, HMIs, controllers, and other Ethernet-enabled field devices in control panels and distributed I/O networks. The shield comprises aluminum foil with a tinned copper braid, and the green PUR jacket provides drag-chain rating and high-flex durability, while being halogen-free, PVC-free, UV and oil resistant, flame retardant, and PNO compliant; it also offers IP67 and IP69K protection when mated and supports operating temperatures of -40 °C to +80 °C (fixed) or -30 °C to +80 °C (flexible). Turck lists this cordset as cULus Listed, CE, and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for system integrators and applications across industrial Ethernet, packaging machinery, conveyor automation, robotics, machine vision systems, and distributed I/O networks.
