Turck RSM RKM 106-38M/S3059 Double-Ended Cordset

The Turck RSM RKM 106-38M/S3059 is a double-ended actuator and sensor extension cordset that delivers 38 meters of rugged 10-pin Mini Fast connectivity for power and multi-signal transmission between PLCs, controllers, sensors, actuators, robotics, and distributed I/O in industrial automation, and is commonly used by system integrators for equipment replacement, retrofits, and production-line expansion. It features straight 1-1/8"-16 UN male and female 10-pin Mini Fast connectors with a yellow Weldlife® TPE jacket on a TC-ER cable suitable for Power Tray, Exposed Run, or Direct Burial applications. The assembly comprises 10 × 16 AWG conductors (bare copper) with PVC/Nylon insulation, rated 600 V and 7 A, with a 14.22 mm diameter, and a tightening torque of 3 Nm, offering >100 mating cycles and a minimum bending radius of ≥5× cable diameter static and ≥10× dynamic. It provides IP67, IP68, IP69, IP69K protection and NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6P, 12 when mated, with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +90 °C static, -40 °C to +90 °C flexible, and installation range -10 °C to +90 °C. Additional features include UV, sunlight, and oil resistance, direct burial rated, -40 °C cold bend rated, and compliance to UL 1685 FT4, UL 1061, CSA FT1 and FT4, plus approvals UL 2238, CSA, CE, UKCA, and RoHS.
