Turck RSM RKM 36-2M/S3059 Minifast Double-Ended Cordset

The Turck RSM RKM 36-2M/S3059 is a double-ended actuator and sensor extension cordset that uses a straight 7/8"-16 UN 3-pin Mini Fast male connector on one end and a straight 7/8"-16 UN 3-pin Mini Fast female connector on the other, with a 2 m Weldlife® yellow TPE jacket built for rugged power and signal transmission in harsh industrial environments. It is designed for PLC control panels, conveyor systems, machine tools, welding equipment, distributed I/O stations, sensors, actuators, and factory automation systems where a 3-pin Mini Fast extension is required. The cordset carries 600 V and up to 10 A across three 16 AWG (1.5 mm²) bare copper conductors within an 8.51 mm diameter TC-ER / Exposed Run / Direct Burial cable. The Weldlife® TPE jacket offers resistance to UV and oil, and the assembly is IP67, IP68, IP69, IP69K when mated, with NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6P, 12 approvals; operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +90 °C (static), +5 °C to +90 °C (flexible), and -10 °C to +90 °C for installation. It supports a minimum bending radius of ≥5× cable diameter static and ≥10× diameter dynamic, and has a mechanical life exceeding 100 mating cycles with a tightening torque of 2 Nm. Verified approvals include UL 2238, CSA C22.2 No. 182.3, CE, UKCA, and RoHS; flame-rated features include UL 1685 FT4, UL 1061, CSA FT1, CSA FT4.
