The Turck TBENS24IOL IO-Link Master is a multiprotocol, four-channel IO-Link master that provides four IO-Link master ports and four universal digital PNP input/output channels with channel diagnostics for reliable decentralized control in rugged industrial Ethernet automation systems, enabling scalable distributed I/O on complex production lines. It supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and CC-Link IE Field Basic, and uses an integrated Ethernet switch to simplify wiring while maintaining 10/100 Mbps Ethernet on two M8 4-pin ports, making it suitable for mid-range plant networks. Power is supplied by 24 VDC nominal, with signal connections on M12 connectors, a glass fiber reinforced housing, and environmental protection rated IP65, IP67, and IP69K, enabling operation from -40°C to +70°C in dusty or washdown environments.
