Turck U-42615 Powerfast Double-Ended Cordset

The Turck U-42615 Powerfast double-ended extension cordset is a rugged 4-pin Powerfast connection for high-current industrial power distribution, with a straight 7/8"-16 UN male connector on one end and a straight 7/8"-16 UN female connector on the other, mounted to a 1 m black TPE Power Tray cable. It uses four 14 AWG (2.5 mm²) bare copper conductors with PVC/Nylon insulation, color-coded Black, White, Red, and Green/Yellow, rated for 600 V and 18 A with a 10.01 mm cable diameter. The jacket is black TC-ER / Power Tray / Exposed Run / Direct Burial rated, featuring Brass (CuZn) gold-plated contacts, PVC contact carriers, and nickel-plated coupling nuts, and it offers a mechanical life >100 mating cycles. It is IP67/IP68/IP69/IP69K protected when mated and compatible with NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6P, 12 environments; operating temperature ranges are -40 °C to +90 °C (static), +5 °C to +90 °C (flexible), and -10 °C to +90 °C during installation, with minimum bending radii of static ≥5× and dynamic ≥15× cable diameter. Approvals include UL 2237, CE, UKCA, RoHS, and flame ratings UL 1685 FT4, UL 1100, CSA FT1, CSA FT4.
