Turck U-42615 Powerfast Double-Ended Cordset Extension

The Turck U-42615 Powerfast Double-Ended Extension Cordset (RSM RKM 44-1M) is a double-ended Powerfast extension cable with a straight 7/8"-16 UN 4-pin male connector on one end and a straight 7/8"-16 UN 4-pin female connector on the other, built with a 1 m black TPE Power Tray jacket for high-current power distribution in demanding industrial environments. It uses 4 × 14 AWG (2.5 mm²) bare copper conductors with PVC/Nylon insulation and a 10.01 mm cable diameter, rated for 600 V and 18 A, with conductor colors Black, White, Red, and Green/Yellow. The cable is TC-ER / Power Tray rated, Exposed Run / Direct Burial capable, sunlight-resistant, and oil-resistant, and supports operating temperatures from -40 °C to +90 °C (static) or +5 °C to +90 °C (flexible), with installation limits of -10 °C to +90 °C. When mated, it provides IP67, IP68, IP69, and IP69K protection and complies with NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6P, 12 environments. The contact material is brass (CuZn) with gold plating, the contact carrier is PVC, the connector body is PVC, and the coupling nut is brass (CuZn) with nickel plating; tightening torque is 2 Nm and the mechanical life exceeds 100 mating cycles. Approvals include UL 2237, CE, UKCA, and RoHS, with flame ratings UL 1685 FT4, UL 1100, and CSA FT1, FT4.
