Turck U2247-05 Cordset Minifast Double Ended Cable

The Turck U2247-05 Cordset Minifast Double Ended Cable is a rugged double-ended actuator and sensor extension cordset (RSM RKM 20-4M) that carries power through four meters of yellow PVC instrumentation tray cable for reliable connections in industrial automation. It pairs a straight 7/8"-16 UN 2-pin Mini Fast male connector with a straight 7/8"-16 UN 2-pin Mini Fast female connector, enabling a compact, two-conductor link between PLCs, sensors, motors, and other field devices. The cable uses two 18 AWG (0.83 mm²) tinned copper conductors within a 6.2 mm diameter jacket, rated for 600 V and 9 A, with brass (CuZn) gold-plated contact materials and a yellow TPU connector body; the coupling nut is brass (CuZn) nickel-plated and tightened at 2 Nm. Mechanical life exceeds 100 mating cycles, and the assembly offers IP67, IP68, IP69, IP69K protection as well as NEMA ratings 1, 3, 4, 6P, and 12 when mated. Operating temperature ranges cover static -40 °C to +105 °C, flexible +5 °C to +105 °C, and installation -10 °C to +105 °C.
