Turck U2283-16 Double Ended 4 Pin Industrial Cordset

Turck U2283-16 is a double-ended actuator and sensor extension cordset (RSM RKM 46-0.5M) with straight 7/8"-16 UN 4-pin Mini Fast male and female connectors on a 0.5 m yellow PVC flexible service cable. It uses 4 × 16 AWG (1.5 mm²) bare copper conductors, with gold-plated brass contacts and TPU yellow carrier and connector bodies, nickel-plated brass coupling nuts, a 10.8 mm jacket diameter, and is rated for 600 V and 10 A. Built for rugged industrial environments, it provides IP67, IP68, IP69, and IP69K protection (NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6P, 12 when mated), operates from -40 °C to +105 °C static, +5 °C to +105 °C flexible, and -10 °C to +105 °C installation, with a minimum bending radius of ≥5× static or ≥10× dynamic diameter; the assembly features sun- and oil-resistant flexible service cable, a -40 °C cold bend rating, UL 1100 flame rating, and CSA FT2 flame rating, plus a 2 Nm tightening torque and >100 mating cycles.
