Turck UX02512 Cordset

The Turck UX02512 RSM RKM 34-75M/S4000 Powerfast extension cordset is a double-ended industrial power cable with straight 7/8"-16 UN 3-pin male and straight 7/8"-16 UN 3-pin female connectors and a 75 m black TC-ER jacket for rugged power distribution in automation environments. It uses 3×14 AWG (2.5 mm²) bare copper conductors with PVC/Nylon insulation in Green/Yellow, Black, and White, housed in a black TPE (S4000) jacket, and is rated for 600 V and 21 A. The cable is TC-ER / Power Tray / Exposed Run / Direct Burial rated, with IP67, IP68, IP69, and IP69K protection when mated and compatibility with NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6P, 12 enclosures. Mechanical life exceeds 100 mating cycles; tightening torque is 2 Nm. Operating temperatures span -40 °C to +90 °C (static), +5 °C to +90 °C (flexible), and -10 °C to +90 °C (installation), with a cable diameter of 9.6 mm and minimum bending radii of ≥5× (static) or ≥10× (dynamic). The connectors feature brass (CuZn) gold-plated contacts and plastic (TPU/PVC) bodies, with brass (CuZn) nickel-plated coupling nuts.
