Turck UX07348 RJ45 Industrial Ethernet Cable Assembly

The Turck UX07348, also listed as RJ45 440BU-5M/C1246, is a double-ended CAT5e cordset designed for reliable high-speed Ethernet communication between PLCs, industrial controllers, switches, HMIs, and other automation devices. This 5 m (16.4 ft) jumper uses 2×24 AWG unshielded twisted pairs in a blue TPE jacket with tinned copper conductors, rated for 42 VAC/DC and 1.5 A, and features IP20 protection on the RJ45 connectors. Connector A and B are RJ45 Male, Straight, 8-pin, enabling direct interconnection in industrial networks across machine automation systems, conveyor lines, robotics, packaging equipment, and OEM machinery. Part of the 440BU continuous flex cable series, it is UL, CE, UKCA, RoHS compliant, Flexlife and C-Track approved, designed for continuous service operation in harsh environments with a minimum static bend radius of 4× cable diameter, and is commonly used in manufacturing facilities, material handling systems, and process automation.
