VERTEX VD2000 Temperature Controller

The Vertex VD2000 Digital Temperature Controller provides precise temperature regulation for industrial heating and processing equipment, offering reliable monitoring and flexible control in a compact 1/16 DIN (48 × 48 mm) panel. It accepts Thermocouple types J, K, R, T or PT100 RTD from the front panel and offers multiple output options — Relay (10 A at 240 VAC), SSR Drive (24 VDC, 100 mA), or 0/4–20 mA (model dependent) — with ON/OFF or Proportional control and adjustable cycle time. With an accuracy of ±1°C for thermocouples and ±0.2°C for PT100 sensors, plus a 5 samples-per-second rate, it supports precise process regulation across ovens, dryers, packaging lines, plastic processing machinery, and other industrial thermal systems. Power is 90–264 VAC at 50/60 Hz, or 18–32 VAC/VDC in the optional low-voltage version, and its operating environment covers 0–50°C ambient with 0–90% RH non-condensing and IP63 front protection; power consumption is under 3 VA. Common replacements include Vertex VT4826, Vertex F4, and Omron E5CC.
