Vickers DG4V-5-521C-M-U-EK6-20 Directional Control Valve

The Vickers DG4V-5-521C-M-U-EK6-20 directional control valve is a direct-operated hydraulic solenoid valve that directs fluid to cylinders, motors, and other hydraulic actuators, and is commonly installed in hydraulic power units, industrial presses, machine tools, injection molding equipment, material handling systems, and automated manufacturing machinery. Part of the DG4V-5 family, it features spool code 521C, design series 20, and a solenoid actuated EK6 coil configuration with ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) electrical connection. It is mounted subplate-style on ISO 4401-05 / NFPA D05 panels, sized NG10 / CETOP 5, and delivers up to 315 bar (4570 psi) with a maximum flow of 120 LPM (32 GPM); energization time is 30–40 ms, suitable for rapid directional switching. The valve is designed for hydraulic oil with Buna-N (Nitrile) seals and reflects Vickers' hydraulic heritage (Eaton) for reliability in industrial manufacturing and fluid power applications.
