Watlow STB6A3A1 Mica Insulated Thin Band Heater

Watlow STB6A3A1 THINBAND Mica-Insulated Band Heater delivers uniform barrel heating for plastic processing equipment and industrial heating systems. This 240 VAC, 1400 W heater features a 6 in inside diameter and 3 in width, with mica insulation and a one-piece flexible design mounted via barrel clamp mount. Designed for injection molding machines, extruders, blow molding equipment, and packaging machinery, it provides fast heat transfer and reliable temperature control up to a maximum sheath temperature of 900°F (480°C). The STB6A3A1 is part of the THINBAND STB series from Watlow and is commonly used for repairs, retrofits, and replacement of existing band heaters.
