Watts F901-35B-0771 Coalescing Oil Removal Filter Element

The Watts FluidAir F901-35B-0771 is a Grade 5 high-efficiency coalescing oil removal filter element designed for F901 Series compressed air filtration systems. It captures oil mist, water aerosols, and fine particulates as small as 0.01 micron, delivering high-purity compressed air with a maximum remaining oil content of 0.008 PPM and maintaining a low pressure drop. The element uses multi-layer bonded fiber coalescing media with corrosion-resistant inner and outer cores, and its red outer sleeve identifies it as Grade 5. Typically installed downstream of refrigerated dryers or upstream of desiccant dryers to protect pneumatic equipment, it supports industrial applications such as packaging machinery, automation equipment, paint spray systems, injection molding operations, process control systems, food and beverage processing equipment, and other industrial air systems requiring oil, moisture, and fine particulate removal.
