Westinghouse ELC3050R Current Limiter Attachment

The Westinghouse ELC3050R Current Limiter is a high-capacity, bolt-on current-limiting attachment for HMCP and MCP MCCB assemblies, designed to boost short-circuit interruption in three-phase switchgear. Rated 50 A, 3-pole, at 600 VAC, it delivers up to 200 kA symmetrical interrupting capacity and is part of the EL Series (HMCP Compatible) for use with HMCP/MCP breaker frames on F-Frame configurations. It mounts on the load end with a bolt-on attachment and a load-side terminal connection, making it suitable for industrial switchgear and motor control centers in manufacturing plants and large commercial power distribution panels where motor protection and high fault-current control are required.
