Wexxar Bel 505S Case Erector

The Wexxar Bel 505S Semi-Automatic Case Erector is a compact, ergonomic case former/packing station designed for manual packing lines. It folds the bottom flaps of open RSC blanks opened and presented down into it by an operator, then holds the formed case for quick, two-handed packing and transfer to a adjacent sealer when paired with a BEL case sealer for a single forming–packing–sealing operation. Features include dynamic flap folding for consistently square cases, a roller deck to streamline loading onto the former or transfer to a packing conveyor, and quick changeover with dual lead screws for easy size changes from either side. A KDF Box Stand elevates flat cases to a convenient ergonomic height, while a Rotary Product Accumulation Turntable helps keep the packing line flowing. Built for longevity, the BEL 505S uses premium corrosion‑resistant materials, including anodized aluminum and stainless steel, for a paint‑free construction designed and built in Canada.
