The Worcester Controls 1039NR6 Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator is a rack-and-pinion, 90-degree quarter-turn actuator designed for automated valve control in industrial process systems. Part of Series 39, it operates as a double-acting pneumatic actuator with an air supply range of 40–120 PSI and an operating pressure up to 120 PSI, suitable for precise valve positioning in chemical processing facilities, water and wastewater treatment, steam systems, compressed air applications, and manufacturing lines. Built for durability, it uses stainless steel fasteners and corrosion-protected internal components in an ISO valve mounting configuration, with a dual piston guide rod design to reduce wear and a cycle life of approximately 5 million cycles under normal conditions.
