The Worcester Controls 1039SNR6 Pneumatic Actuator is a rugged rack-and-pinion rotary actuator designed for quarter-turn valve automation in industrial process systems. This Series 39, pneumatic spring-return unit provides 90-degree valve positioning for on/off control and flow management. It operates up to 120 psi with an air supply range of 40–120 psi and delivers approximately 170 in-lbs of torque, suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, and dampers. The actuator features a corrosion-resistant coated aluminum housing, polished stainless steel guide rod, and stainless steel fasteners, with ISO 5211 and NAMUR compatible mounting for easy integration.
