The Worcester Controls 2039SNR5 Pneumatic Actuator, Series 39, is a rack-and-pinion, 90-degree pneumatic rotary actuator for quarter-turn valve automation and process flow control in industrial systems. It uses pneumatic spring-return actuation and operates on 40–120 PSI, delivering reliable valve positioning for automated valve operation. Built with a corrosion-resistant coated aluminum housing and stainless steel guide rod and fasteners, it accepts ISO 5211 and NAMUR mounting and features adjustable travel stops plus modular accessory mounting for compatibility with ball valves, butterfly valves, and dampers. With a cycle life of about 5 million cycles before overhaul and a -40°F to 180°F operating range, it is designed for clean compressed air or non-corrosive gas in chemical processing, water treatment, steam systems, food processing equipment, and manufacturing automation applications.
